O R D E RThe learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the learned Public Prosecutor does not seriously oppose the said prayer and I am satisfied that the condition imposed on the petitioner who faces allegations interalia under Sections 304(B) and 306 I.P.C when he was released on bail as per order dated 15/02/2007 that he must report before the investigating officer on all Wednesdays between 9 a.m and 11 a.m can now be modified. I agree with the learned Public Prosecutor that it is too early to delete the said condition altogether.
2. In the result, this petition is allowed in part. The petitioner need hereafter report before the investigating officer until further orders between 10 a.m and 11 a.m on the first Wednesday of all English calender months.
