Radhakrishnan, J.This application is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Board to allow the petitioner to continue at Sabarimala for a period of two years. Annexure 4 order of the Board would indicate that Board has issued an order on 10/2/05 by which keezh shanthi can continue at a time only for a period of one year. Since the petitioner has already completed one year, request for further extension cannot be granted. We find no illegality in the decision taken by the Board. DBA lacks merit. Dismissed.
