Heard learned counsel for the plaintiff- appellant.
The plaintiff-appellant filed a suit for recovery of a sum of Rs.50,000/- in the lower court, which was decreed in part for a sum of Rs.8,317/-.
Being aggrieved with the part of the decree, an appeal was preferred by the plaintiff, but the first appellate court dismissed the appeal. The controversial issues involved in the present case are relating to question of fact and there is concurrent finding of fact by both the courts below, which cannot be interfered with by this court.
No substantial question of law is involved in this second appeal and the same is dismissed in limine.
