Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
The plaintiff-appellant filed a suit for declaration and permanent injunction based on easementary right. The lower court dismissed the suit after considering oral and documentary evidence of both the parties. The judgment and decree passed by the lower court has been affirmed by the first appellate court also.
I have heard the learned counsel for the appellant and after considering his submissions in the light of the findings of both the courts below, I do not find any substantial question of law involved in this second appeal and the same is accordingly dismissed in limine.
