Counsel submits that petitioner is working as
Booking Clerk in the office of respondents and earlier he was punished with the order of punishment dt.29th August, 1988 which was modified on a compromise arrived at between the parties on 30th
April, 1992. In pursuance thereof, the respondent
Corporation revised the order dt.17th November, 1993 with regard to punishment inflicted upon him, but the benefit of fixation of pay, selection scale and so also of revised pay have not been extended to him despite representation and notice for demand of justice served by him.
Before going into merits of the matter, I consider it proper that petitioner may again submit a detailed representation in the office of respondents and the concerned authority is directed to decide the same by passing a speaking order within a period of two months in accordance with law. Copy of the decision be communicated to him.
However, if still he feels aggrieved, he will be free to avail remedy available under law.
