Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the order impugned.
In this case, challan has been filed against the petitioners for offence under Section 420 I.P.C.
The application moved on behalf of the complainant for taking cognizance against the petitioner for offence under Sections 468 and 467 I.P.C. and other offences has been rejected by the trial court and the trial court has taken cognizance against the petitioner for offence under Section 420 I.P.C. The petitioner can still raise all his grounds at the time of framing of charge. At this stage, no case for interference is made out. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all his grounds at the time of framing of charge.
