S.B. CRIMINAL MISC. PETITION NO.512/02
Sawai Singh Versus State
DATE OF ORDER :: 14/09/2007
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY RASTOGI
None present for petitioner
Mr. Arun Sharma, Public Prosecutor for State
Instant petition has been filed assailing the order dated 26th February, 2002 whereby he was convicted u/s.309 IPC and sentenced to one month simple imprisonment.
It appears from the order itself that on his own confession, charge against him was found proved u/s.309 IPC and looking to his conduct, he has been sentenced only for one month imprisonment. There is no illegality in the order impugned and apart from it, he must have undergone sentence under order impugned.
There is no merit in this criminal misc. petition, the same stands dismissed. [AJAY RASTOGI],J.
