Heard learned counsel for the parties.

After recording concurrent findings on question of fact, two courts below dismissed the suit of the plaintiff filed for eviction of the defendants.

After going through the impugned judgments and decrees of the two courts below, I do not find that any substantial question of law is involved in this appeal.

Accordingly, this appeal, having no merit, is hereby dismissed.
