Prima facie, the averments in the FIR are supported by the injury report which contains as many as 17 injuries. Therefore, no good ground for quashing of the FIR or for staying the arrest of the petitioners is made out.
However, if the petitioners surrender within fifteen days from today in case crime no. 353 of 2004 under section 323/324/452/506 IPC of P.S. Jeeyanpur district Azamgarh, and apply for bail, their bail application will be considered and disposed of expeditiously by both the Courts below.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
