HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. R.K. Agrawal, J.

Hon. Saroj Bala, J.

In the description of the petitioner the following words "Member of Eastern U.P. Chamber of Commerce and Industry" appears to have been mentioned without its implication as the present writ petition has not been filed on behalf of Eastern U.P. Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Further paragraph No. 6 of the writ petition including annexure No. 3 is not at all relevant for the purposes of the present writ petition and appears to have been made inadvertently.

The petitioner is directed to make the proper application seeking deletion of paragraph 6 as also correcting the description of the petitioner in the array of parties.

Put up as a fresh case before the appropriate Bench on 7.11.05.

Dt: 28.10.05
