Hon'ble Janardan Sahai, J.

          It is submitted by Sri Ramendra Asthana, learned counsel for the petitioner that there was neither any auction nor bid sheet nor any instrument for the realization of the Tehbazari and as such the order directing the petitioner to pay the deficient stamp duty is erroneous. He states that the recovery by coercive means is being sought to be made against the petitioner.

       Standing counsel wants three days time to obtain instructions.

        Put up on 30.11.2005.

       Till 30.11.2005 no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner to recover any amount on the basis of the impugned orders.
