Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. and also perused the material on record.

The applicant  Ram Baran Singh @ Fulloo Singh is involved in case crime No. 324  of 2005, for the offences  under Section 25 Arms Act, Police Station  Kurara, district Hamirpur.

In view of the aforesaid  facts, circumstances  of the case it appears that  it is a fit case  for granting bail.

Let the applicant Ram Baran Singh @ Fulloo Singh involved in case Crime No. 324 of 2005, under Section 25 Arms Act, Police Station Kurara, district  Hamirpur  be  enlarged on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties  each  in the like amount   to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
