Govind Prasad Agarwal v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - C No. 35469 of 2006 RD-AH 11242 (11 July 2006)
Hon'ble Yaindra Singh,J.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the allegation that a plot had been auctioned to him by respondent no. 2, but its possession has not yet been given. According to him, he has already given a representation dated 17.3.2006 to respondent no. 2 in this regard. As it has not been decided, present writ petition has been filed.
We have heard counsel for the petitioner, the Standing Counsel and Sri A.K. Misra for the respondents.
In the circumstances of the case it would be appropriate that the petitioner's representation dated 17.3.2006 may be decided by the concerned authority by a reasoned order at an early date, and if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner along with certified copy of this order will also file a copy of the aforesaid representation, other necessary documents and a duly stamped self addressed envelope. The concerned respondent after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
