In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. the further proceedings in Criminal Complaint Case No. 2823 of 2006, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautambuddh Nagar shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
