Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Abhinav Krishna and the learned Counsel for the respondents Sri Ranjeet Saxena.

The petitioner has already filed a suit for injunction. The suit is still pending and no injunction has been granted. The writ petition has been filed only on the ground that no injunction has been granted in the suit.

The petitioner cannot avail two remedies simultaneously and the same is not permissible under law.

The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
