The applicant is involved in Case Crime No.160 of 2006, under Section 307 I.P.C., Police Station Devband, district Saharanpur.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the prosecution.
In the F.I.R, all the three accused have been assigned role of firing and two persons were injured, out of whom, one sustained injured in the eye. The medical report shows that 30% of vision of one eye had been lost. Nowhere, it has been specified who assaulted him. The main things in this case is that there was no motive for Mar-peet.
In such circumstances, the applicant is entitled for bail.
Let the applicant Krishna Pal be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
