Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R. whereas three other co-accused persons are named in the F.I.R. During investigation the name of the applicant and some other co-accused persons have been disclosed by the three witness. According to their statement the injuries were caused by the co-accused Kushal, Kanhaiya and Kishan Lal. The role of causing injury on the person of the deceased has not been assigned to the applicant.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.

involved in case crime no. 84 of 2006 under Sections 147,148,149,302 I.P.C.P.S.Salempur District Bulandshahar be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
