Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Ram Bhawan and learned counsel for the respondents Sri Ranjit Saxena.
In case the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.20,000/- with the respondent No.2 i.e. Executive Engineer (Niyat Pradhikari) Uttar Pradesh State Electricity Board/ U.P. Power Corporation, Distribution Khand VIth Jaipur House, Agra within a period of three weeks and submits a representation along with a proof of deposit to the respondent No.2 the same shall be decided within a period of three weeks thereafter from the date of filing of the representation.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
