Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the mother in law of the deceased. There are general allegation in respect of the the demand of dowry and subjecting the deceased with cruelty. There is no specific allegation against the applicant On the same allegation the co-accused Ramesh, father in law, of the deceased has been released on bail by this court. The case of the applicant is on the same footing with the above mentioned co-accused.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Malti Devi involved in case crime no. 68 of 2006 under Sections 498-A,394-B I.P.C., and ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act P.S. Aligang District Etah be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
