Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. and Sri Prabhakar learned counsel for the complainant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the F.I.R. and the statement of the injured the applicant did not cause any injury on the person of the deceased as well as injured. The role of causing injury is assigned to co-accused Dharmendra.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Pravesh Kumar involved in Case Crime No. 96 of 2006, under Sections 302 I.P.C, Police Station Mirahachi District Etah be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
