Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the alleged occurrence had taken place on 17/18.4.2006 in the dark hours of night at about 12 O' clock, its F.I.R. was lodged 10.25 a.m. The F.I.R. is too much delayed and it has been lodged after great consultation. No specific role has been assigned to the applicants but during investigation it has been alleged that the deceased was caught hold by the applicants and the throttling was done by Sanju.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicants Smt. Maqboolan and Km. Sahro involved in case crime no. 118 of 2006 under Sections 302,120-B I.P.C., P.S. Khandauli District Agra be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
